My husband and I just bought a fire extingusher from a yard sale today. The chemicals in it are old and I know that they may not work it we tried to use it. I was under the impression that a fire department would refill it. Is this correct? If not, is there any place that would refill it? What would the cost to refill one be?
I had one for dinner tonight. So I melted some butter over medium high heat and then put the tenderloin in. Seared it for about 3 minutes and flipped it over and cooked for another 3 minutes. After it was plated, I poured the butter/meat juices over the top and sprinkled with salt and fresh ground pepper. Served with a side of sauteed mushrooms and onions and a nice tossed salad! Length of time to cook yours depends upon thickness and how well done or rare you want yours.
Something you should know is hat some fields don't allow mesh eye protection because some air soft pellets shatter (mostly bio degradable ones) and could potentially shatter and the shards could potentially hit your eyes. It best to just get regular goggles and its often simpler to get a full face mask opposed to two separate halves and worrying whether or not they will seat each other well. good luck with this
