I have been eating lots of fibre 30g+ and drinking lots of water 3+ litres a day to try and get a soft stoolis this making my stool hard and having a reverse effect? what should i be aiming for?

Ask your friend if he/she wants to go out and do something together, like Six Flags, movies, that kind of thing.
