yeah it sure will! I have 32.5x12 R16 on a 92' jeep cherokee with one inch body lift. silverado's tower over little jeep cherokees.
GM's dot not leave alot of room for adding larger wheels, you may get some fender scrapping on the front wheels with 32's on it. But you can pick up a cheap levelling kit for about $100 to resolve that and your truck will look better with the bigger tires on it anyway. I own a performance shop and I always get my customers to put a levelling kit in when they go to bigger offroad tires as it levels the truck, and gives more room in the front wheel wells which I believe you will need.
