Question:

Can I use bearing grease as axle grease?

I have a large tube filled with waterproof bearing grease. The rear axle from my dirtbike needs new grease before I can put it back on. Will bearing grease work as a good substitute? Or should I wait and buy some proper axle grease? Thanks

For the best answers, search on this site shorturl.im/awKY4 Well. When we build Our House (Crosby Stills Nash Young), the first thing we need to think of is location. I'm thinking that a House by The Sea (Iron Wine) would be nice. To build it, we will definitely need a House Carpenter (Bob Dylan), but If I Were A Carpenter (Johnny Cash), we might not have to hire one. It might be nice to have some Grey Stables (Iron Wine) too. The Home (Marc Broussard) itself could be Made Of Stone (The Stone Roses). And then of course we'd need to Paint (Soul Coughing) it. We'd paint it Any Colour You Like (Pink Floyd). So maybe we could Paint It Black (The Rolling Stones), or we could make it a Pink House (John Mellencamp). We should have lots of Windows (Guster), because we'd need Just A Little Light (Grateful Dead). Landscaping (Inside) is also important. We should plant a Fruit Tree (Nick Drake), and maybe some Flowers In The Window (Travis), and a Trampled Rose (Tom Waits) or two.
Percussion instruments made from well cleaned plastic containers and filled with dry peas or something like them, now you have a musical instrument. Make the shakers in different sizes for different sounds.
Yes, it will work well.
Axle grease and bearing grease are the same thing, your wheel doesn't run on the axle it runs on bearings that the axle runs through.
