I live in akron ohio and was wonder if I could use conduit or poly Piping. Do they have poly pipe and fittings at home depot?

As time goes by more and more Americans can't get access to health care. Do you realize the cost of health insurance has risen by 70 percent just since GW Bush has been in office? And it was considered a crisis even before that. I am a believer in capitalism generally, but there are some things that are just too important to trust to the profit motive. Long ago we gave up the idea of private, optional fire protection, and I believe it's time to do the same with medical care. The health care of the American people is just more important to me than the profits of the insurance and drug companies. I'll give you a good example. During Bill Clinton's first term he proposed a bill providing vaccinations to all children in the US. Clinton showed how this would be very cost-effective because poorer kids who got these diseases would be cared for under Medicaid, and statistically the vaccinations would be cheaper. Under the plan the manufacturers of the vaccine would have made a fair profit, but less than their regular profit. But the manufacturers killed the plan because they realized they could make more money by selling the vaccines at higher prices to only those parents who could afford them. In other words, it was better for the manufacturers to have 80% of American kids vaccinated, even though it meant that some kids would get these terrible diseases and would be hospitalized at federal govt. expense. Now I ask you, what is the highest priority of the health care system, providing health care or profits of health care companies? In -real- capitalism, profits are a means to an end, but in the American system profits -are- the end.
