Can you help me in this science question ?

Answer:

Never hit speed bumps (or rail roads) at an angle, otherwise like some before me have said, you're going to increase the likelihood of losing balance or bottoming out. What I do is if I'm going through a section with a relatively high volume of speed bumps is keep my bike in 2nd gear, slow down to about 6-10 mph, and just before hitting the bump (perhaps about 5-10 feet prior) I pull in my clutch so I glide over it in neutral and then as I come off of the bump, I gently release the clutch. It's been practical for myself, but others may disagree on pulling in the clutch.
in view that I actual have by no ability heard of velocity hump, google gave me a sparkling definition of the two (hump and bump) I extremely take the bump to sluggish me down and cushion my buttocks? have not considered 'velocity hump' street indications in PA
Just go over them at a steady pace! there is no problem, it helps reduce any jarring if you take your weight on the pegs and soften your elbows. If you are grounding your bike you definitely have a problem.
Los Angeles has speed bumps, railroads, dips, etc.. My motorcycle does not hurts the *motorcycle* bottoming the suspension. My Cruiser is not too foreward to the pegs, and I can lift *my* bottom just off the saddle. I ride speed bumps on pegs and handlebars, butt lifted off the saddle.
Hey I just got my hot rollers the other day and they work really good :D they were about 35 dollars at wal mart
