Can you park in front of a fire hydrant if the curb is not painted red?
Is that that grey stuff from years ago. That was supposed to be awful.
If you had the amount of water you could fit in a fire extinguisher you could only put out an extremely small fire. If you have dust (or other materials) the effect is a lot bigger. Secondly if you pour water on burning oils or gasoline the fire gets bigger and more out of control.
