It goes by many names but the most common is Reflectix. I believe it is sold by Lowes and HD. Or, just Google or Yahoo Reflective foil insulation. You'll get about a half-dozen brands. Hope this helps, and good luck.
No because they do not diagnose. They stabilize and transport. And yes to the guy who said firefighters do not come, they accompany the ambulance in my area on all calls.
