My friend just got a .40 SW handgun (Bersa Firestorm) and he was complaining about the expensive ammo, which he got 50 rounds for $30I told him that Blazer sold some that were $15 for 50He said it would damage the gun due to the residue it leaves behindCheaper ammo doesn't leave more residue in your gun than slightly more expensive ammo does it? I didn't think it'd be a problem unless it's surplus ammo.
Go with plain paper for sure,to much ink and other junk in the magazine paper but hey maybe it will add to the high lol
Blazers tend to be really good ammunitionI personally love the Blazer 9mm roundsThe aircraft aluminum makes for a very cool looking round and on top of that I never had any issuesMatter of fact I find it the cleanest bullet I ever shotNow you have to be careful in your selectionIf the rounds are corrosive then yeah it's important to quickly clean it after shooting itMost American made brands are supurbNow if you get surplus ammo like military surplus or third world country ammo, then yes, you can risk damaging your gunAlso if you reload it can damage the gun if you don't follow specificationsSince a .40 is generally considered an American round, I don't think there are a lot of surplus yet since it was introduced in the early 90sSo in all, you can shoot whatever you wantNow if you do +P or shoot hollow points all the time, there can be excessive wear and tear on your gunGenerally speaking if you shoot the standard factory load, you can shoot up to the life of the barrel/gunHowever if you shoot higher pressure rounds or just shoot higher than normal loading, then it can cause excess wear and tear and can break the gun in some cases.
Do you have an empty coke can? Make a bit of a flat bit on one side near the bottom, poke some small holes in the flat bit with a nail, make a bigger hole on the bottom that your finger can block up and then use it as a pipe(put your weed on the flat bit with the small holes, you'll work out the rest)
