so Ive been assigned to make a dish for my exam in school that has to be high in fiber along with a high fiber drink i decided to make bean and turkey burgers -(with salad on it also)- on wholemeal bread with root vegetable oven cooked fries , But i have no idea what to do for a drink !! it can't be alcoholic seeing as I'm 15 and it has to be healthy and high in fiber , any ideas ??? thanks xx
