I am a male 19y with bmi of 30 and i have recently changed my eating habits, as I now take at least 22g of Fiber in my food through (All~Barn Cereal)As i take this meal two times a day.I simply want to know, How does Fiber fights Obesity (or does it),How much time would it take to see the effect of this new Food Plan?P.S I also, go for Cardio Training.
