Question:

How can I get my insurance (state farm) to pay for bad suspension system.?

I drive a 2003 bmw 325 in which i pruchased one year ago. All of a sudden the entire suspension system is going bad. The tires rods, bushings and hubs are shot. Is there any way i can get my insurance to cover the repair cost. I‘m flexible in terms of wize guy solutions to this problems. Thank you

Answer:

Are you for real? Automobile insurance won't pay for your suspension problem.
Do you own the large amounts of copper pipe? I think you knew the right answer before you asked and were hoping for a plausible wrong answer.
It does not fail all of a sudden it has been getting worse for quite a while. No maintenance is not covered by insurance. to get them to cover it you would need full coverage and actually do physical accident damage to the car, and then they will only fix what got broke in the accident. You don't want a claim against your insurance for something STUPID like that anyway, your rates will double and you will end up paying more than if you just fixed the car out of pocket!
You need a warranty plan, not an insurance policy, if you want this stuff covered. To claim it under your insurance policy, you'll need to show that it was caused by something that is covered. And you're not going to be able to do that, because State Farm knows that trick. They know the difference between maintenance issues and accident damage, because this stuff is what they do for a living. You bought a car that was falling apart, and mechanical issues aren't covered under an auto policy. Unless you drive your car off a cliff or blow it to kingdom come with a few pounds of C4 (and don't get caught doing that), they're not going to cover your suspension.
is is perfectly normal for him to be getting the copper i am a electrican and use plenty of wire with copper in and we save it and at the end of the job tat it in and get a nice lump sum of money for it
