That's crap. I bought a computer from Walmart, an HP laptop, and since it had been a demonstrator and I didn't even open the box for a month or so because I was driving a semi last year and was busy, I didn't realize Walmart had NOT cleaned my drive and not reinstalled my Native Windows 7 OS. Now I have the same problem as Peter and I have Windows NT, Vista, XP, and thousands of files in here I don't want. I also DO NOT want to be networked this is my personal computer. But Hackers have control of my Permissions, they have control of all my Programs, they are able to reach any disks I have tried to get rid of them with, like Webroot, and they change my file associations to Notepad before I can even run the programs because I have to put in a security key and they have time to screw with it. Download DBAN to a disk, and wipe your drives totally clean. Then reinstall your software and really look at your programs and make sure you know what you're running. I went to Best Buy for Professional help, and they didn't even know what DBAN was; but I did because I've been looking up crap for 10 months trying to rid myself of a mirrored computer where Networked Hackers stole my Permissions. If only Walmart's Geeks had the sense to clean my drive and install the appropriate Native OS Software, I'd be in good shape. Now I'm about to have a nervous breakdown because I cannot look for work.
I would slap on the safety goggles and grab a light sander for plaster and sand the ceiling smooth, then where there are sparkles on the ceiling I would prime over it so that there are no bumps under the finished color, I would then using a standard roller and paint brush(for edges) apply the desired color if it is a light color I'd do 3 coats and if it's a dark color I'd do 3 or 4 coats or until your get you desired shade. Hope this helped. Good Luck
