Question:

How do you measure wheels?

What‘s the proper way to measure the diameter of a car wheel? From all the way at the top to the very bottom or what?

Answer:

i think you mean oil additives, yes some of them are a waste of money, they cant do what they promise to do ,like the one that guarantees you to give your car more power by sealing off the cylinder walls,if it will get in the cylinder walls and seal them off it will also clog something else up,so for the most part of it,they are a waste,a lot of people use them though, and swear by them, they honestly believe the additives their using is whats holding the car together,i have an uncle who swears by stp oil treatment,to him his car wouldn't start without it,some people are like that though, but you can save your money and not buy these, there's no miracle cure for a worn out engine, like they claim they will re-store one,it doesn't happen like that, good luck with it hope this helps.
The same way you measure the diameter of any circle, From top to bottom through the centre.
do you want the size of the tire or wheel? wheel size is the rim size tire size is the total height of the wheel and tire. measure the tire height side ways across the tire so the weight of the vehicle doesn't effect the measurement. wheel size is a little trickier to measure but it its written on the side wall of the tire( like 235/75/15) 15 would be the wheel size.
