I have a neighbor that always parks in the street, instead of using their driveway. Their truck sits maybe 10 away from a fire hydrant. Others have tried talking to them, mainly because they leave 1/2 of their vehicle sitting out in the road and it is hard to get by.Who would I report this to? I am not trying to be anal, but it would be nice for the fire department to get to that hydrant should someone's house catch on fire.

1. You can get a water proof mattress cover at walmart or use a shower curtain under the sheets. I wasn't leaking enough water when mine broke to need more than a huge pad to keep it in for the drive. 2. This is different for everyone. Only about 20% of women have there water break before labor. Most women will see a mucus plug first then days or weeks later labor starts then there water breaks. 3. If your water breaks before labor there is no telling when labor will start. Most hospitals will either want you in labor or actually giving birth within 24hrs. For most labor will start within 4hrs. My water broke and labor never started so I was induced 14hrs later.
