Question:

How turn computer monitor into mirror ?

Hi. Does anyone know if its possible to use a background that would essentially turn my computer monitor into a mirror ? Scanning a mirror doesnt work. Mature answers only thanks

Answer:

Replace the word FIRED with the word, DISMISSED, Commenting with one door closing leaving other doors open. This will express optimistic attitude which will help her get hired. Good luck
People really shouldnt give advice if they dont know what they're talking about. A 32Bit windows operating system can only address a total of 4GB RAM (I cant be bothered to do the math but google it!). Now this comes from video RAM, cache, etc etc. So if you have 4GB system RAM once you factor in the rest of the physical memory in your PC then you have whats left. If you want to address more than 4GB then you need a 64-bit operating system (well, at home anyway)
It is a MYTH that employers can't say anything bad but they have to be factual and avoid anything too subjective. I have spoken at length to our labor dept about this. So, her former employer can say why she was fired BUT most don't for fear of being sued. Employers are in a sticky situation - while they can say things that are true and accurate, employees can file suit because someone else's reference was better. Even if the company wins, it's costly so many just give a reference that states that yes the employee worked there and yes, they earned this much money. Or they may refuse to give a reference altogether. Of course, if the firing offense was bad enough, they might feel it's a duty to give the information (example, theft) I don't think she needs to put anything on her resume. I rarely see one that has reasons for leaving.
