There is no way for humans to produce light without heat. Flashlights produce heat. Lasers produce heat. Florescent bulbs produce heat. LEDs produce heat. Candles produce heat. Chemical Glowsticks produce heat. Even fireflies produce heat when lighting up. Sorry kid, it can't be done.
LEDs and lasers produce monochromatic light without an infrared component. For that matter, fluorsecent tubes don't put out much IR either. So they won't wam you up like the sun or an incandescent bulb will, but the light is still converted to heat when it is absorbed. Using LED lights in a hot climate like an operating room in the tropics does reduce the heat load considerably, without using air conditioning. Light is energy, so you can't have light with no energy.
