Question:

If I am the joint owner of a home, can spouse change locks and ban me from it?

I'm stuck in a divorce. The spouse moved out of the house, then I recieved notice from their attorney that they were moving back in. They demanded that I leave. No judge or court decided anything. I left. I found that they moved back in and changed the locks. Well, I am part owner of the home and a significant amount of personal belongings remain at the home.If I need the police to let me in, what kinds of proof do I need to show that that is my home as well?

Answer:

first I would make sure the batteries are in correctly and depending on how long you have had the other batteries maybe try a different set of batteries. Also let the maintenance people know so they can look at it maybe it is time to get a whole new smoke detector.
The one thing that is absolutely certain about military technology is that it eventually gets superceded by superior military technology. The Chinese have successfully launched a sattelite killer missile, which could negate the effectiveness of a missile shield. Maybe it would make a lot more sense to make peace. It would be an awful lot cheaper too.
they dont actual exist. i mean ballist face shields do exist, but they're not like hockey goalie mask style
