Question:

Is less sodium more important than high fiber?

Which is more important to have? Low sodium, or high fiberI'm comparing Nabisco Wheat Thins: Fiber Selects Garden Vegetable to Nabisco Triscuit: Quattro Formaggio Triscuit Thin Crisps.the fiber select has 20% fiber, 11% sodiumBUT the triscuits have 12% fiber, 7% sodium.is it more important that a snack has LESS sodium, or that it have MORE fiber? idk which is the more healthier choice.

Answer:

Hook a safety pin to the end of the strap that you will be fishing thru the strapIt's easy to manuever thru the strap and it will drag the strap along behind it.
I'm not crazy about the safety pin method-I always used a knitting needle; fold in half, wrong side outSeam long end and 1 short endUsing knitting needle, tuck short end inTurn needle around so large end of needle is at tucked short end of strap-push throughCarrie's idea sounds great also!
I might take a colossal defense pin, pin it to 1 aspect of 1 finish, turn the highest of the defense pin over so it went within the strap and pulled the strap in with itThe head of the pin makes a well grip to push pull as you scrunch the material up the the pinIf this can be a smaller strap, the pencil can support push the pin via as goodGood good fortune!
Sodium is still required for health such as in cellular osmosis, electrolytes, etcFiber is also important for colon health and some fiber(fermented) can help cultures in the intestinal flora Both are important(I doubt crackers have live cultures lol)If you are dieting then I would recommend you stick to more fiber as it will fill you up sooner and leave less hunger(thus over eating calories)However if you exercsing and sweeting a lot replemishing electrolytes and might require a diet with more sodium.
In addition to the large safety pin that someone noted - - attach to that pin a string or long (narrow) piece of fabric to the pin that runs the length of the strap (lay in between the strap that you are sewing) and out the end (careful not to stich into the string as you sew)Once you are ready to invert, tug the string and pull it through along with that pin that you attached it to - now you are right side out and ready to remove the pin and string.
