Question:

Jeep tire size help!!!?

I have a 2012 jeep wrangler sport 2 door. I want tires for my car. I have 17x9 in rims. I want 33in tires but I was wondering what would be the best tire size for an everyday jeep?

Answer:

no but itll help the performance and fuel mileage, run a cleaner through your fuel first and drive the **** out of it on a highway to get some of the gas that hasnt burned off and it ll remove alot of carbon from your engine.
well it depends if it needs to be replaced or just cleaned. shops wont tell you to get it clean because they want to chjarge u as much as possible. get sombody u know to clean it by taking it off and using a brush and degreaser. the fuel cleaner wont clean the egr valve it only cleans the combustion chamber.
You can put 33in tires on a stock jk with no lift. If I were you and didn't off road much at all I would put 33x10.5 on it. But lift it if you want bigger tires or if you want it to be more off road worthy.
have faith me when I say this. do no longer positioned the tires before the boost because of the fact they'll seem very small. The Jeep Wrangler Rubicons incorporate 31 inch tires and you are able to have already got 31 inch. Plus you would be 3 inches bigger so 31 is plenty to small. the perfect length would be 33 inches tall and 12.5 inches huge. yet in simple terms incase thats do massive do no longer circulate any smaller that 32 inches tall and 11.5 inches huge. circulate to the Jeep web page and seem on the Rubicon and thats 31 inch tires. you additionally can google seek for a Jeep with a three inch boost and circulate by utilizing that.
Actually with the 2012 wrangler, or with all JK's (the newest wranglers) you can fit up to a 33 tire stock. However, do not go wider then your stock tire as if you turn at full lock you will rub. But if you do same width as stock you can fit 33's just fine. At most you could always do a 2 lift or a 1 body spacer. I think stock rubicon's JK's come with 32 tires unlifted from factory. basically a 33 tire is .5 taller. .5 because it's 1 total diameter, thus .5 on bottom.5 sit higher. and on top .5 taller on top. so your fine :) Do it :D Plus 33's are very popular tire size.
