Hi, when I plug the charger into the laptop it doesn't always say it's plugged in and I have to move it around to get it to say it's plugged in and charging. But when it is plugged in it does charge and when I take it out the battery will be charged normally. Is it a faulty battery, charger or the jack where the charger goes.
i think its the fault battery
Try remove both the battery and charger from your laptop, press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to discharge any residual current inside the laptop. 1. Attempt to use a different electrical outlet. 5. Test out with a different laptop. Always, the LED light of charger needs to be constantly on. If not, replace the defective charger. It could be the hack or the charger, but definitely not the battery itself, there's nothing wrong with it. Check if the charger cable is straight and not curved so it can fit in the laptop jack perfectly.
I would recommend you to buy a new charger. I had this experience before with my charger. I think that the charger wire is broken. So buy a new one!
