Dear Paddy, Please attempt to in finding the answers to my questions 1. Is the battey new? 2. Have you checked all fuses involving the important locking and likewise the recommended fuse score? wtf previous answer was stupid. Know you can slide your hand into the back of your jaw and tilt your head down while your hand stays perfectly still. Anyway this is how i fixed my locked jaw. Also if you crack your neck in can loosen the grip on your jaw and you could slide it out that way.
