I ordered a new phone with a 2 yr contract online with t- mobile about 5 days ago and i still cant track my order on the UPS website and on the t-mobile website all it says is Your upgrade order is in process. is this normal ?

It does seem a little late, although upgrades don't move forward on the weekends so it's only 3 business daysstill, I'd think it would at least have been sent to UPS by now. (You're putting your mobile number in track by reference on the UPS site, right?) I would call 611 to see if the phone is maybe on backorder or something.
