Hello, every time i try to download a norten anti virus to my desktop it says system administrator won't let me download this is the same when i try to open control panel. Im guessing this is a virus if not please post what it is or if you've had this problem before.I do not have any other accounts on this computer.I've thought of an idea but im not really sure it would work, i thought i'd replace my old hard drive memory and ram with new ones and maybe the virus would go away? I dont care if the new replacements would cost more i just need to fix this problem.Thank You.
