i have been playing safety/CB for 4 seasons and last season i had a cutters pair that worked really well, this year i am looking for a new pair cause the old ones don't fit anymore, what are the best gloves for a defensive back?
Most likely not, unless you walk into a heavily shadowed place.
There are a couple of things you might do. The window probably has contacts (usually magnetic reed switches on the sash, and magnets on the window. You could have a second switch mounted a few inches above the regular one, and set the window so that switch makes contact. Then the alarm would set. Also you could have a push button near the window so you could open and close the window with your finger on the push button, even when the alarm is set. Something else you could try would be to hold another magnet close to the window alarm switch. This will work only if the magnet is held with the right polarity. Of course if the magnet and switch are buried, these ideas will not work. In that case, you could have a disconnect switch mounted near the window. You could then disable the window alarm. This introduces the possibility that you might forget to put the disconnect switch back to normal when you want protection on the window.
