I personally use lojack on my car and my bike. In most areas, lojack has a deal with the police that they can track the vehicle then lojack is activated. Most also have remote ignition disable and you can often choose to have it silent or wired to the horn.

What size is it? Most small one are not worth the money to recharge. Fire Dept can't / will not recharge due to the liability. Look in phone book, should have a company in area that can if your bottle qualifies.
