Answer:

I get 7Mb/s down and 0.8Mb/s up - theoretical is 8Mb and 1MbI am about 800metres from a fibre optic cabinet, so I don't have much copper wire between the ADSL modem and the fibre.
I pay for a 1.5Mb/sec connection, but my average download speed is around 165kb/secIf i lived in town I would be able to get speeds higher than 100Mb/sec when the new optical fibre connection arrives in town the speeds will be around 1Gb/sec, in townBut it will probably still be only 1.5Mb out here, I'm only 6 miles from town.
Wholegrain- fiber cereals (Kashi, All bran, Bran flakes- Raisin bran, Shredded wheat, Miniwheats/ Wheetabix, etc .) - Steel cut oats (oatmeal) - Wholegrain- fiber granola bar/ oatmeal bar - Digestive- bran cookies - Wholegrain crackers - Flax cereals/ breads/ etc - Flaxseed/ Flaxseed oil - Added wheatgerm/ bran in cereals/ oatmeal/ baking - Barley/ brown rice/ couscous/ quinoa - Wholewheat breads/ wraps/ pitas/ english muffins/ bagels/ kaisers- buns/ rolls/ etc - Wholewheat/ durham wheat pasta - Yams/ sweet potatoes - Crunchy vegetables - Fruits- oranges/ apples/ berries/ etc - Baked beans - Chickpeas - Lentils - Pretzels/ pita chips - Trail mixes - Tomato sauce/ vegetable- bean- chickpea- lentil based soups - Tofu - Kashi/ All bran/ Fiber one products Hope i'v helped, goodluck!
