After it trys to reinstall if it fails then you have a device problem that is beyond this answer, probably need to get a techie friend involved. If it works then great. Option 2 - There are no exclamation point icons. Look through the list and the device should be under the Section Memory Technology Driver. If you expand that list by clicking on the plus sign then you can see the drivers installed. Right click on them and enable them if they are disabled. Option 3 - Go look for the drivers like you did in option 2. If you can't find them then either they have some unique name and category, which means you need to find a techie friend because it would be impossible to cover all the different names it could be.
