I'm really sorry but pokemon Quartz is a fake, same with chaos black, don't play it or it will destroy your game system. Sapphrigon and rubigon aren't pokemon. I really am sorry!
I have play Pokemon Quartz before and it doesn't seem interesting for me, and I didn't know those two fake pokemon you mention.
