Take the bird to an Avian vet, its a vet for birds. Birds hide there illness well. When a bird gets sick this usually happens very fast for them and should be taken to the vet as soon as possible. The only thing I could think of is giardia. The drinking water should be changed daily. Remember to wash your hands before and after handling a bird. I use hand sanitizer then wash it off with warm water before handling my birds. Remember to keep the birds area clean, especially outside since other birds and animals could have been there.
Perhaps you should obey the rules at your school and not visit the sites that are blocked. :-)
