The smoke detector is going off repetitively and there is no fire. It does not appear to be carbon monoxide either. Can it be steam or humitidty. The pipes have burst in the house and there has been a flood. Because of how cold it
Most states require licensing of some sort. You will probably have to show evidence of proper training; usually either factory training, NICET certification, or some states even have their own testing. You must also carry the proper insurance. Check with your state fire marshal, they most likely are the licensing ageny anyway, and if not, I am sure they will point you in the right direction.
