About a year and a half ago, we moved into a house that had a heat pump instead of a regular heater and air conditioner. (I only have a vague idea of what the difference is, so that may not even be relevant.) Anyway, every time it gets extra-cold outside and it has to work harder, the house starts smelling like something is burning. I've never SEEN smoke, it's never set off the smoke detectors on either level of the house, and we've never had any problems with the operation of the heating system. but that burning smell is so strong sometimes, it wakes me up and I have to check the house for a fire (which, of course, is never there) before I can go back to sleep. Is this normal? Is there something I should do to stop this? Is it just the nature of a different type of heating system? Any help would be appreciated!
Yes you have to wear all safety accessories and in clothing you can try cargo pants and denims they look stylish and coolif you are comfortable with every clothing than try tracks and Bermudas
Try to avoid using caustic drain cleaners next time. They can be dangerous to you and plumbing. For this problem, you will need a plumbing auger (snake). Bail out the water in the sink, boil some water and pour it down the drain. This will cause the rice to swell and become soft and mushy. Then used the auger to break it up and hopefully it will go on its way. If you don't have an auger, try a long piece of heavy gauge wire.
