Cruise control on and off switch on the steering wheel is seperate from A/C control head right side of the instrument cluster. Does the car have a hot cold twist knob? if so you have manual climate control Digital display temp up and down arrows (Auto climate control). A/C econ, buttons turn the system on and set temp and go. When you push the fan blade button the system reverts to manual mode and fixes the fan speed. Here in Texas we turn the A/C and set fan on high all summer long and make sure we have the T top liners in place. Lighting switches and 4 way flasher switch left of the steering wheel.
You get them from an optician, like any other prescription glasses. They might have to special order safety goggles.
