Are those lil replacement windshield wiper jets that have lil blue LED‘s Legal in California?

They examine for each thing, alongside with windsheild wipers.My vehicle is a 2009,and that i could analyze the wipers extra in lots of cases because of the fact the warmth of the summer down the place I stay , makes the wiper blades ruin quicker.
Unless they are red or blue or a combination of red and blue, they are legal unless they are turned on, just like the under carriage lights which are legal unless lit. Of course you can show them off all you'd like in the parking lot or the car show, just not on the road. Red or blue will get you a ticket even if not turned on since only emergency vehicles are authorized to have red or blue lights visible from the front of the vehicle.
No they are not. White or Yellow are allowed. You may not have unauthorized lights on the vehicle. Doesn't matter if they are turned on or not. Illegal lights, whether or not they are operating. It is illegal just to have them on the vehicle (24003 VC).
