you can do it by using the The E-Brake not by putting your foot on the brake pedal.
1 tip: change your alarm sound often. Once you get used to the sound, it becomes harder and harder to wake up to. If you set it to a new sound, it will scare the crap out of you when it goes off, waking you up. Sometimes I also (I wake up at 6AM) set my alarm for 3 or 4 AM so I hear it and think omg it can't be six already, I need another hour of sleep then I look at the clock and I get another 2 or 3 hours. Really the main thing is to just trick yourself. Tiredness is all in your head, so just find some way to trick yourself into thinking stuff Hope I helped!
