i had some old resin about 1/2 a gallon left from last year and had gone a bit like jelly in a 5 gallon drum,i then had got added 2 gallon of new resin,it had been alright for a week or more but when i checked it yesterday it had all gone hard in the drum,never had this problem before what could have caused it,the drum has been out in the sunshine but the other lot had too
the definition that most states go by is a parent unable to meet the needs of their children shelter food clothing safety for their children etc. pretty much a person who has not cared for a child on the most basic levels.
usually for a minute but it all depends on what phone u use )
