I'm not sure theres a real answer to how it does. how does gravity or magnetism attract? Mass just tends to pull or shorten the imaginary line of the axis of each of the 4 dimensions I guess the answer would be thats its nature. Its also possible that its just the nature of dimensions to be affected by mass instead of the mass causing it, we should be asking why the dimensions are affected or affectable in this way why arent the dimensions rigid, and what else besides mass can depress or distort them?
Depends on who you work for. Most times is business casual, no jeans, closed toe shoes. Some labs will allow the lab personnel to wear scrubs like in DNA where you are dealing with human fluids. If you have to go to court then you will wear suits and court appropriate clothing. The safety wear is added on like safety glasses, gloves and lab coats.
