Not sure about South East, as I live in Southwest, but they did say Southeast got hit worse than Southwest, so you may have some roof damage, trees down, and possibly a window out, but the window thing is pretty unlikely. So it shouldnt be too bad, just trees down mainly.

Now forget all of that, it's nothing but jargon to say look at what goes into using light to make people look nice. We use it to sculpt the face and give you a pretty nose. It took all that, $50,000, 17 people and 8 weeks to make people look nice. Now compare that to a tiny, hard light directly in front of your nose, 8 inches away.
I believe every branch has their own hazmat teams. The CDC has one too. So does your local fire department. They have them at some companies, depending upon the industry. It's not one organization, it's just people who are specially trained to handle hazardous materials. Some of these outfits you linked are people from the bomb squad.
They may be chemical warfare specialists.
