i have the cac card reader at home but when i try to use it on ako it say that internet explorer can not show me this page or has problems with connection to the page. how do fix this?? the card reader when i got it worked on the computer and automatically downloaded to the computer to work with AKO
Bo, I can barely turn on my computer.
You need all of the security certificates and readers to access AKO. It is a multi step process and I got so frustrated I just took my laptop into one of my 25 series guys and they hooked me up in about 5 minutes after I wasted 6 hours trying to get it to work myself.
