I am looking for a good (and very cheap) way to keep my iPad charged on a 20 hour trip. The current battery will last around 4-5 hours from full charge. I was wondering if it is possible to construct some type of charger, perhaps with rechargeable D-sized 10000mAh batteries, or something with a similar capacity (I have heard that the iPad holds around 6,000mAh). I was also looking at a charger on OKorder that takes 4 AA batteries; would this work, and for how long? Thanks!
i picked these Miccus ChargeBlock Portable Battery Charger up to use with my blackberry playbook. Works very well. it has a 2.1A output on it so it will fast charge the playbook. Many of the other chargers only have a 1A output which hardly even moves the charging percentage.
you will not get best for $35. For $35, you will get USB purely, and a pair expenses for each of your gadgets. in case you opt for AC out, or severely extra ability, you pays a lot extra. Your pill hotel in all probability has merchants available.
My little brother had a charger similar to that one. It lasted for around 4 hours. As long as you are equipped with a bunch of batteries, you could do anything and it'd last forevarr :D
Getting a charger which still requires AA batteries might not prove to be cost-saving in the long run. Getting a portable battery charger is better. My YN - 642 battery charger has more than 10000mAh capacity charge and could last my iPad for days without any wall sockets in sight.
