I have a 1998 dodge stratus 2.4LWipers turn on but dont go at the speed chosen or dont go at all.What‘s the damage? Also, blower for a/c, heater only worked on high and recently gave out. Could that be the resistor? Thanks
The wiper intermittent switch needs to be replaced. Get a Haynes manual and see if you can do it yourself. A shop will charge you alot for just the labor. You are correct! Your blower resistor has burned up and will not allow the blower to operate at certain speeds. A new resistor is about $25 and you'll find it underneath the glovebox area next to the blower itself. Not a difficult job.
