Answer:

My budget is 8000 and with having to pay for a photographer and DJ and someone to make a cake, I think I'm doing pretty good, I looked around for the photographer, and found an amazing photographer she is going to do our wedding photos for 500 she is new and has never done a wedding before but before we asked her to do it she did a free family/ engagement session and WOW she has talent. My son was so hard to capture he was running and wouldn't look but the picture she got of him were amazing! I have full trust in her. Anyways i also found a cheap DJ for 500 as well, The place we chose for our venue ( this will be the hardest part because you wil need a down deposit but you also want to start looking now and book early because it will be hard to find anything if you go to late into the year) is awesome because If we spend 1500 on food ( not hard with 120 people) we get the venue for free, the bartenders for free, the servers for free, the linens, well pretty much everything but booze and food! so we estimated our food cost was going to be about 5000 ( with drinks and food 35 per person and anyone under 12 15 and under 4 free) that's works out! I'm also making everything my self, from invites to menus. It may seem like alot of work but if you get a head start on it its not so bad. My centre pieces cant be made until the last week leading up to my wedding but My girls are helping me there. I got a cheep dress, 500 very beautiful! Honestly it sounds like you will do fine, find a cheap venue if someone else is going to cater I'm sure you can find a hall for 500 or less and you will be fine! Good luck and congrats!
I have been hitting Staples like crazy! Their sales are amazing this month! I am also going into school 2 weeks before the start of school and setting up my desk, as well as the students desks. I will also be working on getting my photocopies all done. Just make a list and dive in! Good luck! :-)
If you are talking about a water filled one i wouldn't bother. The last thing you want is to spray one on electricity or a grease fire. You will either electrocute yourself or spread a grease fire all over and not put it out. Buy a modern powder type and make a shiny conversation piece out of the old one.
