i know that black absorbs sunlight and white reflects it, yet whyyyyy are darker colors more absorbant???
1. You run to the emergency shower and strip (your skin is much more important than a little embarrasement). Stay for 15 minutes. 2. Use a fireblanket and or a fire extinguisher. 3. Run to the eyewash and flush for 15 minutes. 4. Use kitty litter (there's a more expensive product that you can buy but most labs use kitty litter to absorb the chemical) Hopefull there is someone to help you with each of these tasks, some of them might be impossible if you are the one that's inflicted. If you are a student, the first (or second step if you need to run to the shower/eyewash) is to tell the instructor. Even if there's a fire, yell for the instructor first.
