i have sponge rollers, hot rollers, rubber ones, curling irons, straigteners but i don't know which i should use to get my hair like theirs. i am also wondering if i should brait it after my shower and then see what it looks like in the morning. i just don't know and if you have any advice PLEASE tell me!! thanx
Since the top of the stud is mushroomed, you're screwed.
The typical rate of rise detector has an air chamber, one side of which is a flexible diaphragm. When air in the chamber is hearted, it expands. With sufficient expansion, the diaphragm moves outward to make an electrical contact. A small calibrated orifice (leak) allows for equalization of pressure for slow rates of rise and fall of temperature. Another type uses metal pieces with different diameters. One end is fixed, the other being free to move. Metal expands when heated. Because of their different surface to mass ratios, the pieces do not heat at the same rate when the room temperature changes. Since they do not heat at the same rate, their lengths change at different rates, At a predetermined difference in length, an electrical contact is made. If the rate of temperature rise is low, the pieces expand at approximately the same rate. Of course, this causes no alarm.
