Urgent bench press help!!!!!!?

I really need help, i went to the gym for the first seriously(before i went to the gym just to goof off without any program or routine) and i could bench press only 35 kg or 77 lbs.And iv had bean going for a week now and i did not increase my bench yet.First i thought it was pretty awrage but now i find guys saying i could only press 125lbs at first.So are they braggers or is that real cuz if it is i'm going to quit any kind of exercise for life if a guy could lift my weight in their first time at the gym.And second how much how often do i increase my branch press, and i do it twice a week/I'm 15yrs 5.8 and bout 125-135lbs.

Your will be fine. You are young. Your body will get stronger as you grow. Ask yourself this. Would you rather be flabby or muscular?
Okay, slow down there, turbo! You're disappointed because you've been going for a week and haven't increased your bench press max? Give me a break! Muscle mass is something that needs to be cultivated and grown. If it were that easy to just step into a gym for a week and magically be stronger and more muscularly developed, then everyone would be ripped!!
