Extinguishers bought from Home Depot are meant for your home. Any place of business needs to have certified extinguishers and inspected monthly. The funny thing is when they do come in to inspect, they look at the safety seal to make sure it hasn't been broken, check the gauge to see if the needle is in the green part of the gauge, then turn it upside-down and hit it twice with a rubber mallet. Seems like anyone could do it but not everyone is certified to swing the mallet. You will have to call and find out pricing as it could vary from county to county or state to state.
Forget about it, never seen him before, he didn't know not to park there, driving a mercedes.
