What should I look for in a centralized condo fire/smoke alarm system?

Answer:

Nothing would happen unless the space shuttle is close enough for you to get caught by the gravity of the earth. If not you'd just get stuck orbiting the earth. Now if you push yourself off into the direction of the planet, then yes you can skydive if your able to survive burning up in the atmosphere.
Fire Alarm: Yes and it's annoying as heck when they test it once a month. Glad it's working though. Carbon Monoxide thingie: Yes. Smoke Detectors: Yes Sprinklers: Yes I live in a 10 story highrise on the top floorgotta have that stuff.
2 Smoke/fire alarms in the downstairs 1 Smoke/fire alarm in the upstairs 1 Carbon monoxide alarm in the stairwell. A cell phone and landline with numerous extensions (Cordless phones) around my Condo. We don't have reserse alarm calling in my county yet.
Electric heat, fire alarms, sprinklers over my head, no cell phone. Emergency pulls in the bathroom and bedroom that set off a hallway alarm and unlock my front door so others can come to help. Secure code or key only for outside doors. Heated interior halls that have rails and carpets and are cleaned constantly. Very nice senior apt. also extinguishers every few feet in the hallways. Reverse calling is all in line here no need to sign up for it.
