Why do my wrists hurt after doing concentration curls?

I'm 16/m 145 lbs, 5 ft 7 and I use 22.5 lb dumbbells when I do concentration curls, but after 9 reps, my wrists start to hurt. What causes this and how do I get over it?

Answer:

Instead of a turpentine based resin system, you should look into decoupage. It's exactly what you are trying to do. The link that I've put here will show you something that someone has done with paper and photos and such on canvas. The turpentine could cause problems with your acrylic paint. The decoupage coating shouldn't hurt a thing. Again, Google and read up and find tutorials on decoupage. I think this is what you want.
