Also, my electric hot water heater keeps tripping it's built in breaker. No other electrical issues that I can find. Any thoughts on where to start looking? (note - no breakers in the main box are being tripped)

Quite possibly, each situation must be looked at separately. Additionally, the employees who posted the information may have to be disciplined depending how they got the information. HIPPA rules are a hot button with federal regulators. ( the dispersal of private medical information ) The legal basis for that type of lawsuit is usually based on threats, name calling, sexism, and as it is called - Hostility that is directed towards you and keeps you from doing your job properly.
