Question:

problem with my brakes.pedal goes to the floor but system doesnt leak and I hear a noise n the back.?

brake system doesn‘t leak but I hear a noise coming from back wheel there s no pressure on the pedal when brakes applied takes a while to stopWhat could the problem be? Help!!

Answer:

Might be the brake master cylinder easy way to check is to stomp on the brake as hard and fast as you can(car not moving). If it holds even for a second then its a bad master cylinder. Also pump the brake many times slowly (car not moving) so the pedal goes to the floor and then look at the back side of the tires down low and look for fluid. Even tho you think the fluid is not leaking it can be.

try the booster, with engine no longer working pump up the brakes.it is going to get annoying after the 2d or third pump.without battling push annoying on pedal and at a similar time as nonetheless pushing on pedal initiate engine.Pedal could circulate down with rigidity.i think of you need to bleed the brakes extra.if that would not therapy the priority then your grasp cyllinder possibly the priority.

Check the master cylinder to see if it has fluid. If it has none then there is the reason you are not finding a leak. The leak could be on the cylinder into the booster.
